PointsU YYC Interactive November 3-4, 2017

If you have not heard yet, the next PointsU will be in Calgary (YYC) with a fun interactive twist through round-table discussions and demonstrations, so you do not want to miss out!

Some of the topics that you will learn about include:

  • How to Maximize Loyalty Programs
  • How to Get Hotel and Airline Status
  • How to Find Flight Award Availability
  • How to Build Complex Award Redemptions
  • A Guide to Getting US Credit Cards
  • Manufactured Spending Opportunities in Canada

This is also an amazing opportunity to meet other people in the community in person. Furthermore, if you want to learn about some of the secrets that we may not share on our blogs, you will be able to learn about in person!

The conference will be held at the Calgary Airport Marriott In-Terminal Hotel. If you missed the early bird price were $30 off the regular $199. However, the limited sale is already sold out, so you can use our referral code (PointsHogger) to get $20 off for the remaining tickets.

UPDATE- There is a new code of EMAIL25 for $25 off for the first 20 people.

I expect this event to be completely sold out, so hurry, you do not want to miss out!

    1. Hi Dale,

Jayce from PointsNerd here. I’m heading up the effort for PointsUYYC here on the ground in Calgary. While the agenda is not yet finalized, we are planning to have a welcome reception on Friday, an all day session on Saturday and an evening reception that same Saturday night. Keep a watch out at http://www.pointsu.ca and we will be sure to post all the details as they become available.

      Cheers

  1. Hi Teddy,

Right now we have the reception going from 6-9 PM. If the past couple of PointsU’s are any indication, the really good discussions happen at the reception and continue into the night as we break into smaller groups after the reception when we head to the hotel lounge/bar.

If you’re thinking of trying to catch an early flight home, I would actually discourage you from doing that. Many of the strong networking connections that are made at these conferences start at the reception.

    Hope that helps!
    Cheers
    Jayce
