WOW Air

WOW Air launched 3 years ago with great fanfare and shut down without any notice. Remember when they offered fares as low as $99 (plus fees and taxes) between Canada and Ireland.

Starting in May 2016, WOW Air will be coming to Canada. It is actually so far away and anything can happen from now until then. I was initially going to wait a bit longer to see if there are any other developments before writing a post on it. But since I received a question on it, I thought I’d at least provide some initial thoughts.
