Volvo

Car Rentals
For those of you who do not rent a car very often and do not want to earn car rental points, another option to consider is to bank the rewards that you would earned to an airline partner. Aeroplan is a partner of Avis and Hertz. Currently, these 2 car rental companies are offering 3 Aeroplan bonus miles promotions each. Below lists the highlights of each promotions:
Avis
Earn up to 1,500 miles on rentals of 3 days or more and save up to 25% off base rates (on rentals before March 31, 2016):
- 1,500 Aeroplan Miles (airport) = 1000 bonus + 500 base
- 750 Aeroplan Miles (off-airport) = 500 bonus + 250 base
Earn 7,000 bonus miles (on monthly rentals before March 31, 2016)
- The vehicle must be rented for a minimum of 28 days
Earn 9,000 bonus miles (on rentals of 2 months before March 31, 2016)
Hertz
Earn 5,000 bonus miles (on monthly rentals before April 30, 2016)
Earn 1,500 up to bonus miles on rentals of 3 days or more (on rentals before April 30, 2016)
- In addition to the 500 base points that you earn per rental, you will earn 1,500 bonus miles on rentals of 3 or more days
- Alternatively, earn an additional 500 bonus miles with your next rental of 1-2 days
