Please let me know if I missed anything. Your feedback is always greatly appreciated!
Matthew,: what is your experience with getting the amex spg card again and getting the bonus spg points again , I had it for a year (cancelled about 2 years ago).
YMMV. Worth a try if it was cancelled 2 years ago. Worse case, you get a credit hit and do no activate the card when it comes in the mail and they tell you that you did not qualify for the sign up bonus.
Hmmmm, cool plan. Do they normally tell you right away if you won’t get the bonus? I figured you would have to do the spend requirement, then inquire after not getting the bonus???
You should know as soon as you applied whether you qualify. Points will only be credited after spending. So lots can happen in between like glitches and mis-information given to you. YMMV.
Does BMO ask or check your annual income while applying for the BMO World Elite MasterCard? On their site it says you have to earn $80,000/year.
They have the right to ask for proof of income.
Yeah I know, but I was wondering if they usually do it or not! 😉 I never had a BMO account so I thought maybe someone had recent experience with them.
I just got approved and they did not ask for proof of income.
Thanks for your feedback Mark!
Thanks for sharing your experience Mark!
They didnt’ ask for proof from me either. I qualified via mine and my wifes income and I had ‘other sources’ as well.
Thanks for sharing your experience Gurpreet!
