Top Credit Cards to use at Restaurants (updated January 27, 2019)
As we approach Valentine’s Day, restaurants usually expect a little more business. There is still time to apply for the right card for that day. Below are the top picks.
I have classified the credit cards in different categories and ranked them by their annual fees.
Cash Back Credit Cards
For this category, I only listed credit cards with at least a 5% cash back return.
Simplii Financial Cash Back Visa Card
- No annual fee
 - Earn 10% cash back on restaurants and bars on the first $500 in spending or within the first 4 months (whichever is completed first)
 - Have at least $15,000 in annual household income
 
- No annual fee
 - Earn 5% cash back on first $2,000 in spending or within the first 3 months (whichever is completed first) (if you apply before November 30, 2019)
 
- No annual fee

I only listed credit cards that give at least at least 4% cash back worth of points for every $1 spent.
