[AIRLINE] Air Canada offers Free Baggage Allowance for Your Winter Gear
For those who love winter and winter sports, you can enjoy it even more with Air Canada’s temporary free baggage allowance policy. The policy which takes place between December 1, 2014 and April 30, 2015 allows you to bring your skis or snowboard on board with you when you travel at no additional cost.
The greatest aspect of this is that regardless of wherever you go, Air Canada will transport your winter gear to your final destination for free.
Conditions and terms of this policy include travelling on flights operated by Air Canada, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa or Swiss. Also, you will find that there are some small restrictions on flight locations; flights which are included with the free baggage allowance are those between Canada and Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
For someone who’s a snowboard enthusiast, I would love to take up on this offer. After a short stumble to Whistler, British Columbia in 2013, it has become a wish list item to take a ride down one of those extravagant hills. It’s time to book a ski trip to the West!
