[TRAVEL] Credit cards that Offer One Free Checked Baggage (updated October 2, 2014)
With the price of baggage fees ever increasing, credit cards that offer a free checked bag become that much more valuable. Below is a list of credit cards that offer a free checked bag (though with certain conditions). Keep in mind that you will need to use the credit card to book your flight and/or reward flight to take advantage of the free checked bag.
TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Privilege Card
- $399 annual fee
- Earn 1 free checked bag on Air Canada flights (primary cardholder only)
CIBC Aerogold Infinite Privilege Visa
- $399 annual fee
- Earn 1 free checked bag on Air Canada flights (including Air Canada Express and Air Canada Rouge) of up to 23kg (50lbs), must include Aeroplan number at the time of booking
- $120 annual fee
- Earn 1 free checked bag of up to 23kg (50lbs) on an Aeroplan reward flight (ClassicFlight or Market Fare Flight Reward) on all flights operated by Air Canada (including Air Canada Express and Air Canada Rouge
TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Card
- $120 annual fee
- Earn 1 free checked bag when travelling on an Aeroplan reward flight
WestJet RBC® World Elite MasterCard® primary cardholders also get 1 checked bag for free on WS flights.
Is it confirmed yet? I do not see it on the website yet. I think that it is an upcoming perk.
