[PROMOTION] $100 Statement Credit with the TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Card
Between January 8, 2015 and April 30, 2015, you can receive a $100 credit on your credit card statement when spent at least $100 on Air Canada purchases with your TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Card. This is actually an amazing deal because the annual fee on this credit card is $120. So this essentially wipes out most of the fee if you can take advantage of the promotion.
You need to make at least $100 on a single transaction at a merchant classified with an “Air Canada” merchant category code. Unfortunately, only the primary cardholder is eligible for this offer, not the supplementary cardholders.
The $100 will be credited to your account statement within 10 weeks after your purchase and you can only get this offer one time. If you have an upcoming trip, I suggest you take advantage of this offer, because this is a very generous offer.
I would still prefer that they waive the first year fee so that they can gain a slew of new applicants for the credit card. So far it seems like TD is only targeting certain customers to receive the first year fee waived.
Hmm…. What is an “Air Canada merchant”? Anything besides Air Canada itself?
Air Canada merchant includes anything that is sold by Air Canada. So long as Air Canada shows up in the transaction.
