Exactly a week away from Valentine’s Day, I thought it would be an appropriate time to list the top credit cards to use at restaurants.

- You must be a Costco member to get this card
- Earn 3% cash back on eligible restaurant purchases (for some reason, some restaurants are ineligible)

Aside from these credit cards, if you have a credit card that earns you 2% on all purchases or 2 points per $1 on all purchases, that would encompass restaurants, you are still getting good value. These credit cards include Capital One Aspire Travel World MasterCard or the MBNA Rewards World Elite MasterCard.
