I guess I have been busier than I expected, so I only came across this video today. Every year, WestJet has their Christmas Miracle video (2013 and 2015). Out of all the years, this is the most touching one.
The video speaks for itself, so I won’t take anything away from it.

Yes they do. It’s such a great annual tradition. They set the bar high now! Hope they can keep it up because it may feel like a letdown in the future if the stop.
