It has been over a year since our last update of this post, there are some changes to this post. Furthermore, with travel opening up more and more, lounges are filling up again. So this post was due for an update as there were several changes since then, namely the addition of DragonPass, as well as several increases to annual fees.
It has been over 2 years since our last update of this post. Quite a few changes were made since then, such as the re-branding of all the Aeroplan c-branded cards with American Express, CIBC and TD. Furthermore, there are some additional options from BMO and RBC. So this post is due for an update!

On March 14th, 2020, Air Canada unveiled its second Signature Suite at Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Pointshogger had the opportunity to get a sneak peak of the lounge and enjoy the premium amenities before it is opened to the public.

It is no secret that lounge access really makes the trip more enjoyable. However, the access is limited to specific travelers. Air Canada offers their own Maple Leaf Lounge, which access around the world.
Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge offers a selection of lounges around the world. One of the ways to access these lounges is to purchase a membership. Maple Leaf Club members must present their membership card and a confirmed same-day ticket or boarding pass on a departing Canada, Air Canada Express or any Star Alliance member airline flight.
The Ottawa Macdonald–Cartier International Airport (YOW) only really has one lounge (minus the Porter lounge), which is the Maple Leaf Lounge. Today, I would like to share with you my recent experience in the lounge, which turned out to be very pleasant.
