It has been over a year since our last update of this post, there are some changes to this post. Furthermore, with travel opening up more and more, lounges are filling up again. So this post was due for an update as there were several changes since then, namely the addition of DragonPass, as well as several increases to annual fees.
It has been over 2 years since our last update of this post. Quite a few changes were made since then, such as the re-branding of all the Aeroplan c-branded cards with American Express, CIBC and TD. Furthermore, there are some additional options from BMO and RBC. So this post is due for an update!
In light of the one-time fee increase (from $27 to $32 for American Express cardholders), I thought it was an appropriate time to update this post. This post will list the Canadian credit cards that provide a free Priority Pass membership, along with lounge access specifics.
Effective October 1, 2018, Priority Pass is increasing its one-time lounge visit fee of $27 to $32 for American Express credit card holders. Priority Pass explains that it has been over 10 years since there has been an increase. As far as increase in fees are concerned, this is a fair one in my opinion. A few changes to the industry means that this post was due for an update from last time, namely,
Now unlimited access on National Bank World MasterCard (now the same as the World Elite version)
Addition of Scotiabank Passport Visa Infinite Card
Addition of Priority Pass access to the American Express Business Platinum Card
It has been a year since I last provided an update, a few changes kicked (namely the addition of the American Express Business Platinum card) in that it is due for an update. Priority Pass continues to increase their inventory, now over 1,000 lounges worldwide.
Priority Pass is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
To mark the milestone, they will be offering various discounts for new member annual memberships (prices are in British Pounds):
Every now and then, lounge companies update their portfolios. From my last update on the list of Priority Pass lounges, there were only just over 600 lounges worldwide. Now they bumped their inventory to over 900. Unbelievable how they have grown in only 2 years.

This post will be introducing major travel credit cards which offer complimentary lounge memberships or access to specific airport lounges with a discounted fee.
