[REVIEW] AskingCanadians

One of my favourite survey programs in Canada is called AskingCanadians, which is free to sign up. Asking Canadians is a survey program that asks you to share your opinion in return for rewards.

You can earn points with the following programs:

  • Air Canada Aeroplan
  • VIA Preference
  • Petro-Canada Petro-Points

When I first joined Asking Canadians, I was collecting HBC points, but since, I have switched to Aeroplan points instead. The number of points earned for each survey varies, generally depending on the length of the survey. For me, I usually earn between 20 and 100 Aeroplan points per completed survey. Keep in mind that we can only earn one set of points at a time. So every time we do a survey, it automatically banks points into the program of our choosing. If I do not qualify for a survey, I receive 2 or 5 courtesy Aeroplan points. This has been an amazing way to help me boost my Aeroplan account balance.

Survey programs are not for everyone. Personally, I do not play video games, but I see surveys like my video game. The difference is that I earn points doing surveys, rather than paying for a video game.
