Dear Pointshogger Readers,
This post is going to be a little different from what you are used to. This is a letter of appreciation.
Over the years, during our Christmas Day post, we would provide shopping tips ahead of Boxing Day tomorrow. We’ve accumulated quite a bit of tips that you can refer to: 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019.
For this year, I would like to emphasis on online shopping, which has really taken off.

It might seem a little funny that we are providing shopping tips after the period of time that you need it. So we may start a new tradition on Christmas Day going forward. If you have any ideas, feel free to share in the comment section below.
Merry Christmas Everyone!
Over the years, Pointshogger has accumulated a wealth of shopping tips:
2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018
This may be surprising to some, but shopping habits have evolved over the years. You may notice that stores have had to keep up with the times, with so much online shopping taking over. But some of the basic principles still stay the same. So below is my 2019 shopping tips leading into 2020.
Today, I continue my tradition of providing my shopping tips ahead of Boxing Day tomorrow. You can also read about my tips from the previous years (2016, 2015, 2014, 2013). Some of my tips may seem tacky, but we are going for optimizing your money.
I think my shopping tips could use an update. In the past, I focused more on cash savings on discounts. But there are other factors to consider. Also, in the past, I focused more on Boxing Day specific shopping tips, but these tips will apply more year round as well.
Another year, another update to my last shopping tips. With all the stores closed on Christmas Day, I usually like to provide all the shopping tips ahead of Boxing Day tomorrow. Hopefully you already read my last year’s Boxing Day post to help you prepare for this year’s shopping.
