VIA Rail is planning a $4-billion project by the end of the year to build high-frequency electric-hybrid trains between the Windsor-Quebec City corridor. The hope is that the project will begin construction next year and be ready for 2019. The funding will come from the Federal government and the private sector.

The sign up bonus on the MBNA Sony Card Platinum Plus MasterCard once again increase from 2,000 to 10,000 Sony points. Aeroplan is teaming up with Esso gas stations to offer 15,000 Aeroplan miles every hour between March 29, 2016 and May 23, 2016. This is actually an unbelievable promotion if you dig a little deeper.
