Scotiabank has decided to up their game and offer a 10% cash back promotion with its Scotia Momentum Visa Infinite Card. Let’s see what this 10% really entails.
For now, let’s list the highlights of this credit card:
$99 annual fee (first year fee waived if you apply before February 29, 2019)
Earn 10% cash back on first $2,000 in spending or within the first 3 months (whichever is completed first) (if you apply before February 29, 2019)
It has been 6 months since my last update, so I think it was due. Since last time, I started a new ranking system where I just flat our ranked the credit card companies, rather than grouping them. Note that promotions are factored into the rankings, but because they are only temporary offers, more weight is put into their regular offers.

Another year, another annual (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017) traditional of providing a rundown of the Scene rewards program on this day. This year might have been the year that I went to watch the most movies ever. I accrued a fair number of Scene points that needed to be used!
