Earn Aeroplan with Uber Eats Grocery and Retail Sections

Effective May 3, 2023, Aeroplan members can earn 1 Aeroplan point per $1 spent on eligible orders in the Grocery and Retail sections of the Uber Eats App, with no minimum spend required. The launch further expands Aeroplan’s relationship with Uber, giving members another new way to earn Aeroplan points with national and regional grocers and retailers.

Aeroplan and Parkland (Journie Rewards) Team up!

Air Canada’s Aeroplan and Parkland’s Journie Rewards are teaming up to increase earning and redemption opportunities.

Parkland owns and operates Canadian gas stations including Ultramar, Chevron, Pioneer, Fas Gas, and ON the RUN and Marché Express. These stations allow customers to earn Journie Rewards, which we are a big fan of. The partnership is set to launch in the fall of 2023.

WestJet’s Takeover of Sunwing Moving Forward

WestJet’s purchase of Sunwing has been in the works for a couple of years now. It is now taking a step forward as the Canadian Federal Government WestJet gave their stamp of approval that moves them closer. There is still some work to be done, but this is as major milestone.
